SIPart
Sponsor Independent Performance Artists

  • Close the gap between independent performance artists and existing and budding philanthropists in our midst.

  • Offer an accessible introductory service for the independent performance artists and sponsors to meet.

  • Provide better means from which independent performers and perforamnce makers can gain financial support during working process and performance seasons.

  • Make sponsorship an easy and accessible vehicle for those interested in supporting independent performance artists.

  • Benefit the whole performing arts community by lightening the financial load of individuals and small performing arts companies.

  • Provide services that allow artists to focus on what they do best – create – rather than the burdens of finding enough funding.

  • Expand the audiences of contemporary performing arts.

  • DO NOT CHANGE ART just to make it easier to sell.

  • Educate the public about new forms of physical theatre performance through SIPping events and through their subsequent involvement in the independent performer’s performance calendar.
Support an individual performance artist…

SIPart is a unique program designed to meet the needs of Independent Performance Artists in Australia.

Starting in Melbourne it is our vision to create a much stronger and more direct link between performance
artists and the philanthropists in our midst.
What is SIPart ?
